Payment

When purchasing an artwork click "add to cart" and then you can follow the check-out service by clicking the cart on the top right of the page. Payment is due immediately by debit or credit card or PayPal and you will be taken step-by step. Each client can follow the simple check-out process to make payment and enter your delivery address. After payment has been made, you will be sent a proof of payment and I will get to work preparing your artwork for shipment.

Please note that all prices listed on the website are for unframed works of art, unless otherwise specified.

Shipping

Your artwork will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed.

Once payment has been received, shipping within the UK will take 1-2 working days. Please note that working days do not include weekends and bank holidays.

As signatures are required on delivery, if you know someone will not be at home in the day to receive your artwork, then I would recommend specifying your work address as your delivery address (you can always contact me after purchase to change your delivery address).

Prints are works of art from which an artist produces multiple copies of the same design. All editions on this website are exclusive to nathaliebuscombeart.com and are not sold on any other platform.

Giclée means ‘to spray’ in French. This digital printing process involves an inkjet printer using small spraying devices that both match colour and apply ink precisely in order to produce a high-quality art print. It is much more detailed than a standard print and it uses fade-resistant, archival inks and substrates so the pieces shouldn’t fade.

DPI stands for ‘dots per inch’ - the number of tiny printed dots there are in an inch on the print. It refers to the output resolution of a printer. Usually, the higher the DPI, the higher the quality of the print. As a rule of thumb, fine art prints don’t usually exceed 240 DPI.

Hahnemüle Photorag paper has a super matt finish and it gives even colour reproduction with excellent detail. The tone is off white and the surface has a chalky smooth cotton feel, creating smooth colour gradients. It has a delicate surface so I would recommend extra care when handling it. It is 308 gsm.

As well as prints, I also offer the original artworks which are unique. Each original, one of a kind artwork is priced to reflect it's comparative rarity.

All artworks sold on nathaliebuscombeart.com are currently unframed, unless specified otherwise. I currently do not offer an in-house framing service. However, I would be happy to suggest external framers at varied price-points. Please note that my flat-rate shipping fees only apply to unframed prints that can be rolled in a tube, and original artworks sent in a box. If you would like me to send your artwork straight to a framer instead of to you, then please e-mail me to let me know that you would like the work framed and I would be happy to assist. Please note that additional shipping costs to the framer may still apply, but we may invoice you separately for this.
